They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.

I had several valuables I was nervous about, but the movers walked me through how each would be handled. Their transparency reassured me. Everything arrived without a mark. Their packing skills were impressive. And they took zero shortcuts. My belongings felt safe the entire time.
2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.

Clean and neat movers. no damage cleaned out the pod's For us and helped move items that had been placed in the house that we found In We are planning a move in a year to our new home. • When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
They are the best of the best which is why we give them a 10+ rating! Very polite, curtious and dedicated to ensuring our items we're handled with care & precision! Everything arrived safely & undamaged. Their team work is remarkable and were more concerned with ensuring our concerns & needs were met above and beyond. We will certainly use X Van Lines LLCagain!!
crew are absolutely swift and professionals at what they do. It’s the first time ever using movers and i would definitely use and recommend them to my family and friends. we are extremely satisfied. It was a bit wet outside and this small detail to keep the carpet clean just was the cherry on top of their exceptional job. Juan & his crew are the real deal!
