X Van Lines made me feel like VIP! They didn’t miss a single detail. My entire apartment was moved in record time. Their packing was secure and extremely neat. They followed every request without hesitation. No stress, no delays — just GREAT service. I’m beyond thankful for this team!
They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. Their rates compared to other moving companies in the area were also better. Will definitely remember to use them again in the future. Thanks again!
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
They arrived on time, surveyed the home, and organized the truck to optimize the space. He helped where he could and was super friendly. While my move was bigger than the truck could fit, they took the heaviest items so I could go back and move the left over items myself. X Van Lines LLC was fantastic from start to finish. They were completely up front with their charges and gave me a maximum out of pocket, which they didn't reach. They were careful with all our stuff. They packed everything meticulously for us. And then they were great about putting everything exactly where we wanted. I have moved many many times throughout my life and X Van Lines LLC was the absolute best experience I've ever had.
I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
This was my second time using X Van Lines LLC and I couldn't have been more pleased. Kurtis, Courtney, Demetrius, and Coco were all exceptional. They showed up during the expected arrival time, were friendly and efficient, and treated the furniture with respect. Glenn was also great in helping with scheduling and answering questions. I will definitely use X Van Lines LLC again and recommend it to anyone looking for a moving company.
