We moved to shorten our commute, and the movers made everything easy. They packed all our belongings securely and unloaded them efficiently. Their professionalism saved us time and effort.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They took amazing care of my household goods doing a local move. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished faster than expected because they work so smoothly. His crew was also fantastic and very easy to work with. Gage also has a personal story that’s super inspiring and it is evident that he takes great pride in his work. Absolutely recommend X Van Lines LLC for ANY move needs, whether local or longer distance!!!
The team was on time, super professional, and handled everything with so much care. Watching them pack, load, and then unload everything so efficiently just took a huge weight off my shoulders. This move was a really special one for me, so I was extra particular about everything and they truly delivered. Everything arrived safely, nothing felt rushed, and they made the whole day feel so organized!
I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. The two guys came on time, spent a couple hours carefully packing numerous pieces of a delicate antique Italian marble communion railing, and left for Orlando within an hour or two. They were very courteous, polite, discrete and attentive. I have used your company for many years, and am so happy I chose you to handle this delicate move for us. Thnx.
