The first time I used X Van Lines LLC was 10 years ago for a huge move to our new home and they were wonderful. Most recently I had a small but urgent move, I called on a Friday midafternoon and by Saturday at 9:00am I had two guys show up to do my move, they even remembered me from the last time. They are so easy to work with, professional, on time and efficient. They made a stressful situation easy and even gave me a hug at the end. Absolutely the best movers in the area. From start to finish, the team showed real professionalism and confidence. On pack-up day, the crew worked efficiently and clearly knew exactly how to handle every part of the process, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. When I arrived at my new home, every box and piece of glass was in perfect condition—not a single item damaged. Their care, communication, and skill made the entire move far less stressful, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
They had every detail under control from the beginning. Clear scheduling and confirmation texts helped ease my nerves. On the day of the move, they worked fast but didn’t rush. I noticed how often they adjusted for safety. Their approach was thoughtful and organized. Nothing was left behind. A great experience all around.
The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend this service, and would recommend Jordan and Victor to be your movers.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
Truly IMPRESSIVE movers! My workout equipment was packed and moved without a hitch. The crew was positive and helpful the entire time. They worked together so well. Communication was clear and timely. Delivery was smooth and organized. Fantastic work!
