Took off their gloves before handling light-colored fabric. AMAZING! No dirty marks or smudges. They knew exactly what to watch for.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
They completed the work within the promised timeframe, handled all the complexities of moving between apartments with flexibility, and were excellent at what they do. I’m grateful for how they followed up and responded to all our requests.
Moving to a new city was stressful, but these movers made it so much easier! They loaded everything efficiently, secured my belongings properly, and delivered on time! No missing boxes, no damaged furniture—just perfect service from start to finish! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism!
My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I am so glad I chose X Van Lines LLC for my move to a third floor apartment. Ruby was super helpful with quoting and scheduling, especially with uncertainty due to the recent hurricanes. The movers came on-time and were super fast. I usually move everything myself, but they are so worth the cost for the ease of moving (especially moving to an upstairs apartment)!! I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
Clean, respectful, and totally reliable! Every step of the move was planned and executed beautifully. They took extra time to protect floors and walls. The crew was detail-oriented and sharp. I couldn’t have asked for more. FANTASTIC work all around!
Anthony answered all of my questions and provided excellent administrative and logistic support, while Matt and his team did a fantastic job moving all of my belongings into storage. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, hard-working and efficient. I highly recommend their services!
The movers, however, tackled each piece with determination and a can-do attitude. These movers were lifesavers during a last-minute move.
