Had an interstate move, and the crew took all the stress out of the process. The movers were knowledgeable and experienced, handling everything with care.
I had large furniture and lots of stairs to deal with. X Van Lines handled it all with skill and patience. Their tools and teamwork made a huge difference. SO GLAD I hired them!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
They were so friendly and helpful! Every request I made was handled with care, and they truly made my move stress-free! Would definitely hire them again!
They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything back exactly how where before. They put everything in place and made sure nothing was done wrong. Brandon is definitely an amazing crew leader and he parked the big truck between my boat and tree like a pro!! Kadin and Christian hustled and were on top of everything Brandon needed. I’m VERYYYY OCD and A controlling freak and the crew made me so comfortable and that’s usually impossible to do. The guys are definitely top of the line employees and deserve top pay!!
I was extremely happy with my moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, hardworking, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while making sure everything arrived safely without any damage. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and worry-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. The team stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Although the move ended past midnight they were professional and careful with all of our belongings. Highly highly highly recommend them 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you, X Van Lines LLC
