This was the best moving company I’ve ever hired! My move was efficient, perfectly administered, and handled with care. The gentlemen even wrapped my items like my white dresser, couch, and bed to ensure no damage or scuffing occurs! The disassemble & assemble your items as needed as well. I highly recommend this company!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
I didn’t expect moving day to be this smooth. The team arrived early and got straight to work. They handled everything from heavy furniture to small boxes with equal care. crew were wonderful. Hard working, well mannered and endlessly patient when our well thought out plan failed and they needed to change large furniture around. They moved at a steady pace, and worked as a well greased unit. Always had a quick smile and a kind word. Honestly, they made a pleasant experience out of a lot of plain old hard work on the hottest day of the year....102° in Ft Worth is pretty uncomfortable, but they never even mentioned it. They were the best movers these two old folks have ever had. The office group was every bit as awesome! They must have taken great notes as each person was completely up to date within seconds of hearing our name. They were accommodating, and certainly easy to work with. This is the first place to call for an up coming move. I really think you will be pleased.
Moving can be stressful, but these pros made it easier. The packing service was thorough, and the move went faster than expected. Highly efficient team.
