I’ve moved plenty of times, and I’ve never seen a team so well-organized. They worked like clockwork — wrapping, stacking, labeling — all with smiles on their faces. Not one scratch on anything! It’s rare to find such consistent quality and good energy. I was genuinely impressed.
There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.
The team was also incredibly responsive and quick to reply when I first reached out to book the move, which made the entire process easy and stress-free from the start. I truly couldn’t have done the move without them. They worked efficiently, treated everything with care, and maintained a great attitude throughout the day. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
Mike and his crew were awesome!! They hustled hard for over 6 hrs with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. They handled everything with great care and took their time to wrap and pad things but also didn’t waste time. Highly recommend!
Finding a new place to call home was a thrilling adventure. The moving team was exceptional, handling all aspects with care. They ensured everything was organized, making unpacking a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
X Van Lines LLC did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!
This moving company took the stress out of relocating. They packed everything efficiently and handled my fragile items with extra care. My furniture arrived without any damage, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted. An outstanding job!
