X Van Lines LLC was fantastic! They showed up right on time, and every team member — Skyler, Rishi, Corey, Martin, and Justin — was polite, professional, and took great care with our belongings. Everything was moved efficiently with zero damage to our things or the home. They communicated clearly throughout the day and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

They moved everything super quickly
They moved everything super quickly and made sure it was all protected and came in undamaged. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged prior to their arrival. Safe to say they made our move as seamless as possible and left everything in a better condition than what it was originally. This is my second move with X Van Lines LLC and will use them for the next one as well!

From the moment we hired X Van Lines LLC to help pack our U-Haul for our move to Iowa, I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up having more stuff that anticipated and, despite working long days, the team ended up taking such a load off my my plate and treated my furniture like it was their own. They were so careful and packed our U-Haul to maximize every square inch. The owners even came to ensure that the team was taken care of, which says a lot about the owners. I’m truly thankful I made the call to X Van Lines LLC and am so appreciative of all they did! And on top of it all, nothing was broken or damaged when we unloaded!! What a relief!!! Thank you

I can't say enough good about this company
I can't say enough good about this company, and the three young men that moved me recently. Garrett, Andrew, and Blake did an outstanding job with care, precision, respect and timeliness, in moving my belongings for me locally in San Angelo. It was obvious to me from the very beginning that they had respect for my property and for Me as a person. The company Name is X Van Lines LLC... and let me tell you they are. I hope I never move again. But if I do I will look no further. They are the only way to go, hands down! Thank you, Denise and company for making my would be nightmare a dream come true.

Great Guys
The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.

Punctual Delivery
Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.

professional move!
The day I moved LA had rare torrential rain, but you wouldn't know it was unpleasant because the guys all kept it light hearted and there was plenty of laughter too. Thank you to Jairo, Kevin and Elizar for an easy, quick and professional move!
