I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
They made my move so much less stressful. The movers were punctual and professional, ensuring all my furniture was carefully transported. Affordable and reliable service!
They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. Their rates compared to other moving companies in the area were also better. Will definitely remember to use them again in the future. Thanks again!
Wonderful. We we downsizing and had staged our home by putting about a half a truck in storage and for the move this crew fully packed up our house on one day then the next moved the load from storage to our new home then drove two trucks to or new home, packed the trucks, delivered and place the furniture and unloaded the wardrobe boxes. Things were expertly packed and placed in our new home. A special thanks to Jacob who helped arrange the process before we put our old home on the market. Highly recommend X Van Lines LLC

The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
The movers showed up with CONFIDENCE and a plan! They coordinated like a team that had worked together for years. My boxes were handled carefully, stacked neatly, and delivered safely.
