When I saw these movers arrive, I knew I was in good hands. They showed up on time, ready to go, and full of energy. They were careful yet efficient, striking the perfect balance. The way they communicated with me was EXCELLENT. Not a single item was scratched or damaged. They truly made my day less stressful.
Recently had a long distance move to Tennessee and cant recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Worked with Tyler for planning and he was super responsive and helped us all throughout the move. Kevin helped load, drive and unload and was amazing to work with. We had gotten quotes from just about every big moving company in the area and X Van Lines LLC was the best to work with.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
X Van Lines made me feel like VIP! They didn’t miss a single detail. My entire apartment was moved in record time. Their packing was secure and extremely neat. They followed every request without hesitation. No stress, no delays — just GREAT service. I’m beyond thankful for this team!
The team was incredible the day of the move, meticulous in their work and very personable. I also really appreciate the upfront transparent pricing and the tagging and tracking of all items throughout the process. A+ happy to recommend.
They scheduled my delivery time for the next day and they were off. This delivery was from NJ to GA. They showed up the next day with a two man team and unpacked my items quickly and efficiently. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone! Faruq and Izzy were great!
Transporting valuable artwork, including framed paintings and sculptures, required special handling, which the movers delivered. They used custom crates for fragile pieces and ensured everything was well-protected. Every item arrived in perfect condition.
Used last week for my son’s move. Cody was great to work with while setting up the move and answering our questions. Anthony and Chris did a fantastic job getting the items loaded, transported and unloaded for us. I can't say enough good about this company, and the three young men that moved me recently. Garrett, Andrew, and Blake did an outstanding job with care, precision, respect and timeliness, in moving my belongings for me locally in San Angelo. It was obvious to me from the very beginning that they had respect for my property and for Me as a person. The company Name is X Van Lines LLC... and let me tell you they are. I hope I never move again. But if I do I will look no further. They are the only way to go, hands down! Thank you, Denise and company for making my would be nightmare a dream come true.
I was nervous about my big-screen TV, but the guys wrapped it like it was gold 📺. It rode in the truck safe and sound, and they even set it up in my new living room. That attention to detail is rare. Honestly, I’m still impressed. Solid five-star service right there!
