Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
They contacted us prior to the move. They contacted us giving us an estimated time of arrival. They packed the home in one day. Even though they did it quickly, they wrapped everything very well. And packaged it tightly for a long move for a long move. Our daughter used with X Van Lines LLC and because she had a great experience, we hired them as well. We had the same great experience as she. We would recommend them to anyone.

This was the best moving company I’ve ever hired! My move was efficient, perfectly administered, and handled with care. The gentlemen even wrapped my items like my white dresser, couch, and bed to ensure no damage or scuffing occurs! The disassemble & assemble your items as needed as well. The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!
