The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
Returning from a long travel stint necessitated a move, and the team was fantastic. They quickly unpacked and organized belongings, making the transition smooth. I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.

Just an excellent experience! This is a small operation, but the guys really know how to get the job done. David was a pleasure to work with, very efficient getting the move scheduled Sadly, we were kinda disorganized and underestimated how much stuff we needed to move. But the crew was patient and kind, and helped us get our act together. They stayed late into the evening and did everything we asked. Great attitude, very professional. They worked hard!!! Because we underestimated, David had to adjust the fee. But the increase was reasonable, and he called us twice during the day to make sure we were happy. I'm so glad we chose X Van Lines LLC

Alex, Mike and Andy moved all of our stuff from our 1 bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours! Including dropping off everything at our new house 10 minutes away! I highly recommend these guys to get your move done!
