Moving across town was a breeze thanks to this great moving service. The crew was punctual, and they made sure all my furniture was properly wrapped and protected. A smooth, hassle-free experience.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Movers packed up our entire kitchen faster than I pack a suitcase. Glass, dishes, spices, everything was wrapped and labeled better than I ever could’ve done. Unpacking was actually easy. That kind of efficiency is worth every dollar.
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This was a big job and they were positive and professional the entire day. They went above and beyond to protect our brand new home from dings, dents and scratches. We truly appreciate the respect they showed us and our belongings. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future!

The crew showed up ahead of schedule, which was such a great start. They handled all of my furniture with so much care, while also working quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t believe the whole move was wrapped up in under three hours, it was by far the fastest and smoothest move I’ve ever had. They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end.
