They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This was a big job and they were positive and professional the entire day. They went above and beyond to protect our brand new home from dings, dents and scratches. We truly appreciate the respect they showed us and our belongings. Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
The movers expertly handled the relocation of a large aquarium, taking care to drain and pack it safely. They transported the tank and accessories with extra caution. At the new location, they reassembled the setup perfectly, and everything was ready for use.
From delicate kitchenware to large pieces of furniture, the crew managed every item with skill and precision. They arrived promptly, packed everything securely, and kept us updated throughout. At our new home, they unloaded and even helped arrange rooms as we had envisioned. The entire team was friendly, reliable, and professional. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it showed in the quality of their service.
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. • When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Outstanding moving service! The team arrived on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They packed everything securely. My fragile items were handled perfectly. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The whole process was hassle-free. Five stars from me!
