When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Luis, Ivan, and Tom did such a good job packing up our apartment. They made sure everything was wrapped securely and packed tightly so nothing would break. They even took some of our larger things we didn’t need anymore to Goodwill for us. Moving is expensive regardless but their rates are very fair. I highly recommend working with them!
We have had an EXCELLENT experience with X Van Lines LLC. We are not yet moved in because our stuff will be in storage for a couple of months, so we can’t comment on delivery and unloading yet, but as stressful as preparing for a move is, everyone at White Star has made it as easy as possible, from getting a quote and getting honest,
The relocation included transporting a large fish tank and all the accessories. The movers handled the tank carefully, ensuring it was securely packed and positioned upright. Their expertise ensured no damage, and everything arrived safely.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
This crew worked tirelessly and with such determination that they completed the entire move under the low end of the estimated cost—something I did not expect given my high standards. Their customer service was second to none, far exceeding even my very high expectations. I’ve used X Van Lines LLC before, and without hesitation, I will use them again. This team only gets a 5-star review for one reason: Google does not allow me to give them 10 stars. If you’re moving, put this company at the very top of your list!
Could not be happier with out move! The guys were awesome and so efficient. They were pretty much done loading the truck at only an hour in. We had a heavy upright that they took like a champ. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using these friendly movers. Hoping to not move again any time soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
