the team was incredibly kind, meticulous, and super communicative throughout the entire process. Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
