After searching for my first ever interstate moving company on the Internet I came across X Van Lines LLC. Where they weren’t the least expensive they do have have a national reputation placing them among the top five movers in the USA. My wife was concern that we weren’t home at for the pickup. We entrusted that aspect of the move to her and she is as critical as can be. My daughter shared with us that the men were very professional and took great care with all of our belongings. She stated that she would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC to her friends and work colleagues. On the receiving end the delivery went flawlessly, they arrived on time and placed everything where directed. We would definitely use X Van Lines LLC at the Long Island, NY location again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent job
X Van Lines brought an unmatched level of energy and focus to the job. From the first box to the last piece of furniture, they stayed on top of everything. They worked efficiently while still being incredibly careful with my belongings. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that made all the difference in my moving experience.

X Van Lines LLC was fantastic! They showed up right on time, and every team member — Skyler, Rishi, Corey, Martin, and Justin — was polite, professional, and took great care with our belongings. Everything was moved efficiently with zero damage to our things or the home. They communicated clearly throughout the day and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

They are THE BEST!!!
These guys are THE BEST!!! A thousand percent better than the other movers we’ve had to deal with lately. They will also save you money as they charge significantly less than the other guys. They carefully wrapped everything and took great care loading and unloading our items. They were on time, professional, super clean truck, and really great friendly guys. Nobody wants to move but if you have to, they are THE BEST!!!

I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.

Well-organized and stress-free!!!
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

Their follow up calls and process in general left no room for error! Their furniture donation was also very helpful! My husband and I were so grateful to have the help and we were genuinely impressed! We will definitely recommend to friends in the area!

A TRUE five-star experience!
My studio apartment was cleared and delivered in hours. The team made sure every single box was handled gently. They took time with the details and didn’t cut corners. Communication was steady the whole day. Every item was in perfect shape upon arrival. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. A TRUE five-star experience!
