What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
Relocating from a small apartment into a bigger house was made much easier by the team. They were courteous, fast, and handled all items with care. The move went faster than anticipated, and everything was in place at the new home.
The team was on time, super professional, and handled everything with so much care. Watching them pack, load, and then unload everything so efficiently just took a huge weight off my shoulders. This move was a really special one for me, so I was extra particular about everything and they truly delivered. Everything arrived safely, nothing felt rushed, and they made the whole day feel so organized!
X Van Lines LLC was understanding when we needed to reschedule due to mother’s unexpected passing and willing to reschedule as needed. Good communication. Professional and courteous movers who were efficient and careful with moving furniture, boxes and storage containers. Would recommend to others!
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly!
