X Van Lines LLC were great! they were super polite, nice, very efficient, and quick with moving stuff out of our old place and into our new place! i chose them for my last move as well, they also wrap your furniture up before they load it into the truck and are careful moving our belongings. their prices are reasonable and it is worth every penny if you’re moving! i recommend them to all my friends and family, they will always be my first choice when it comes to moving
From the initial phone call to the final unload at my new home, the team was professional, friendly, and exceptionally efficient. The moving crew arrived on time on moving day, ready to get to work. They clearly communicated their plan for the day, and took less time than I expected to pack, load, and unload everything. No items were damaged or lost, which is a huge relief! What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.
