Took off their gloves before handling light-colored fabric. AMAZING! No dirty marks or smudges. They knew exactly what to watch for.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. The team stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Some of my furniture had to be taken apart, which I thought would be a hassle. But they brought tools and knew exactly what to do. The disassembly and reassembly were fast and flawless. X Van Lines even helped me rearrange a few things after delivery. They didn’t mind staying a little longer. This was real white-glove service. So worth the price!
