Poor Customer Service and Communication

• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.

I truly appreciate you and your team.

The first time I used X Van Lines LLC was 10 years ago for a huge move to our new home and they were wonderful. Most recently I had a small but urgent move, I called on a Friday midafternoon and by Saturday at 9:00am I had two guys show up to do my move, they even remembered me from the last time. They are so easy to work with, professional, on time and efficient. They made a stressful situation easy and even gave me a hug at the end. Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!

They made the whole move feel so easy and way less stressful than I expected. They showed up with such a positive attitude and just got to work. I had a lot of stuff in the house, but they never judged or seemed even slightly annoyed, they just handled everything like pros. Moving is usually a super stressful task, but these guys actually made it feel kind of fun. Big shoutout to Chao and his team … they were friendly, efficient, and just awesome to work with. Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. Perfect Transition

We moved to a house with a large yard, so a lot of outdoor furniture and equipment had to be relocated. The movers carefully packed all of our patio furniture, gardening supplies, and even our lawnmower. I was delighted with their organization and ability to fit everything onto the vehicle.

I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Luis, Ivan, and Tom did such a good job packing up our apartment. They made sure everything was wrapped securely and packed tightly so nothing would break. They even took some of our larger things we didn’t need anymore to Goodwill for us. Moving is expensive regardless but their rates are very fair. I highly recommend working with them!
