I was SHOCKED at how quickly everything was moved without a SINGLE scratch! The crew was FRIENDLY and worked like a well-oiled machine! Moving day has NEVER felt this easy! HIGHLY impressed by their service!
Some of my furniture had to be taken apart, which I thought would be a hassle. But they brought tools and knew exactly what to do. The disassembly and reassembly were fast and flawless. X Van Lines even helped me rearrange a few things after delivery. They didn’t mind staying a little longer. This was real white-glove service. So worth the price!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
They packed us up the day before the move which made everything smooth and easy. The whole team was very nice and professional. I could not recommend them more!
We were very impressed with X Van Lines LLC from the very first contact. Marvell was very thorough, pleasant, and friendly. We moved from Ohio and needed movers when we arrived to SC to unload our moving trailer. A couple days prior to moving Alex called personally with a reminder and verifying our date and time of service. The day of the move, crew arrived and quickly went to work. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone!
They show up on time, every time. They are really nice, incredibly helpful guys. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of any kind moving help. Their pricing is very reasonable. They charge hourly, and I have never experienced any dillydallying on their part. With any luck, I won't be moving again any time soon, but if I do, I will definately be calling them!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. No words to describe the easiest move ever. I had lots of very heavy furniture & these guys took great care of my things. I had old antique from generations & generations, all taken great care of!! Very affectionate towards my move. Thank you so much!!!!

Every piece of furniture, from my couch and bed to delicate glass items, was wrapped and handled with real care. They were incredibly efficient but never rushed, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. What really impressed me was how friendly and calm they stayed the entire time, even when dealing with stairs and heavy boxes. They also helped with packing and labeling everything neatly, which made unpacking so much easier later. Nothing was damaged or lost, everything arrived perfectly at the new place.
