The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.
They completed the work within the promised timeframe, handled all the complexities of moving between apartments with flexibility, and were excellent at what they do. I’m grateful for how they followed up and responded to all our requests.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. crew were amazing! They are true moving professionals. They got to work as soon as they arrived, packaging and wrapping everything carefully and efficiently. This is our firs time hiring movers, but if we ever need to move again, we will look no further than X Van Lines LLC. Service was five starts and the price was fair. of scheduling. One thing I'd suggest, is that if you have multiple stops in your move, review the order of stops with the moving crew the day of the move. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order of our stops.
I couldn’t be more PLEASED with how well this move went! The movers showed professionalism and skill with every box and piece of furniture. They made sure nothing shifted during transport. The teamwork between them was OUTSTANDING. Everything was completed on schedule too. Absolutely FIVE STARS in my book!
