Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
The team showed up on time and they were courteous and professional. They worked incredibly hard all day and were wonderful to deal with. This was my second move with X Van Lines LLC and I will definitely use them again!
I can’t recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Rodney and Al were our moving crew and they were incredible. Super courteous, friendly, and just genuinely good guys - exactly the kind of people you want helping you during a stressful move. The team prior to the move was super communicative, transparent about pricing and gave us a great deal for everything they provided. They worked FAST but still treated everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honestly, they made the whole experience smooth and way less stressful than I expected.
Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
They had every detail under control from the beginning. Clear scheduling and confirmation texts helped ease my nerves. On the day of the move, they worked fast but didn’t rush. I noticed how often they adjusted for safety. Their approach was thoughtful and organized. Nothing was left behind. A great experience all around.

They worked efficiently, with one team member expertly disassembling my heavy furniture for easy transport. They kept everything organized and protected, from delicate items to large pieces.
