When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, didn't balk about moving arcade style pinball machine, regulation air hockey table, oversized massage chair, or big stereo. Everyone knew exactly what to do when. It was like watching an orchestra. Would use them again!! 7 guys, 2 trucks, 1 exhausting day. Thanks, guys!
Our family move couldn't have gone better. The crew arrived early, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. Martin carefully wrapped antique furniture, Albert secured electronics properly, and Joseph organized the truck so everything fit perfectly. They never wasted time yet remained patient whenever we had questions. By the end of the day, every item was delivered safely, assembled where needed, and placed exactly where we wanted. It was one of the easiest moving experiences we've ever had.
AMAZING! I called a few days ago to set up a move for some last-minute furniture I was offered. Everyone from Ariana and Josh in the office, to Daniel checking in with me during the delivery were FANTASTIC. I have worked for 15 years in customer service and was so impressed and pleased with hiring this company. Cody C., Frank and Anthony were in communication with me the entire morning, they were polite, prompt, efficient and so kind. They moved every piece carefully and you could tell they cared about how they handled it and placed it inside my home. They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end.
