They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. Every piece of furniture, from my couch and bed to delicate glass items, was wrapped and handled with real care. They were incredibly efficient but never rushed, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn’t believe the whole move was wrapped up in under three hours, it was by far the fastest and smoothest move I’ve ever had. I called X Van Lines LLC because another company was a last minute no show. X Van Lines LLC helped me at the last hour, so they get 5 stars for that alone. They arrived earlier than they said they would be there, and they were ready to work. The movers made the move effortless although I didn’t see how they were going to get everything done. There were complexities in how things had to be packed, but in exactly three hours, the truck was packed, the storage bins emptied, and we were headed back home. They were phenomenal because they understood that moving under the best circumstance can be stressful. To us, they were professional, calm, reassuring, and most important- RELIABLE !!! I will definitely contact these men again in the future for my moving needs. I highly recommend you call them too.
