They arrived on time,
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This was a big job and they were positive and professional the entire day. They went above and beyond to protect our brand new home from dings, dents and scratches. We truly appreciate the respect they showed us and our belongings. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future!

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

patient and solution-oriented
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. He made it clear that taking excellent care of both us as his customers, and his crew of employees was his priority. When X Van Lines LLC say "we'll get this done for you" they mean every word!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,

Excellent job
X Van Lines brought an unmatched level of energy and focus to the job. From the first box to the last piece of furniture, they stayed on top of everything. They worked efficiently while still being incredibly careful with my belongings. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that made all the difference in my moving experience.

Scott and Jeremiah were amazing! Timely, professional, and so efficient! We’ve moved many times, and this was by far the best experience with a moving company. No hassle, straightforward, and just overall a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend!

Reliable Help
From booking to moving day, the experience was hassle-free. The movers were well-trained and very careful with packing and loading the truck. Even the toughest items were moved without any issues. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a move.

X Van Lines LLC is outstanding! I booked a senior move for my mom who was downsizing from a house to a senior's apartment which was a stressful time for her. From start to finish, Mom and I were both so impressed with the service. Starting with Graham providing us with an estimate and walking us through the process of what to expect, to the confirmation of details the day before, down to the day of the move - the entire process went smoothly and couldn't have been any better. Many, many thanks to Nolan and his crew. They were professional, friendly, patient and oh-so-helpful with my Mom. They were incredibly efficient and moved not only my my Mom's items but items from her house to my place including a jukebox and grandfather clock - no small feat! Superb Efficiency
Moving to a rural farmhouse with tricky dirt roads was no issue for this team. They handled the terrain and delivered everything safely, including farm equipment. Great service for rural and remote area moves.

They were friendly, fast
They were friendly, fast, efficient and professional. We highly recommend Two Men and A Truck! We used them 11 years ago and used them again because of our past great experience. They did not disappoint and went far and above this time too!
