What impressed me most was their professionalism and positive attitude throughout the entire move. They arrived on time, worked continuously, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. They treated my furniture and boxes with care and were careful throughout the loading, transport, and unloading process.
The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!

They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
