I had several valuables I was nervous about, but the movers walked me through how each would be handled. Their transparency reassured me. Everything arrived without a mark. Their packing skills were impressive. And they took zero shortcuts. My belongings felt safe the entire time.
They moved everything super quickly and made sure it was all protected and came in undamaged. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged prior to their arrival. Safe to say they made our move as seamless as possible and left everything in a better condition than what it was originally. This is my second move with X Van Lines LLC and will use them for the next one as well!
The best part about this move was how stress-free it felt. The crew didn’t complain about the heavy lifting or stairs. They just got the job done with a smile. That’s rare these days. Five out of five.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.

X Van Lines LLC were stellar from the minute I booked them to the minute they left our home. Juliana answered all of my questions about my booking easily and timely. Fernando P. and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They moved us on one of the hottest days of the year and did so without any complaint and with smiles on their faces. They ensured all of our items were taken care of and that all of our furniture was placed where we wanted in our new home before they left. They were patient and considerate with three little children under foot towards the end of the move. This is our second time using the Professionals and we won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They are the best of the best!
