X Van Lines LLC gets 5 stars from me. Cruz and Ronnie were excellent, nice guys too. They worked very hard and efficient. They took great care of my items. They worked above and beyond their job. On moving day, Paul and his team were efficient, kind, and extremely careful. They disassembled items, packed what we hadn’t finished, and wrapped everything with great care. Two team members drove the trucks to South Carolina and unloaded everything the very next day. The pricing was very fair, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

They were on time and completed a challenging move. They disassembled and packed all the furniture , made sure no furniture or any part of the home were damaged and were always willing to listen to our requests. Likewise at the destination, they made sure everything was put together neatly without any damages. Overall a pleasure to work with and would be referring them to any friends or family if they need movers.
They immediately impressed me by the questions they asked, their thoroughness, and awareness. I work in sales, and I always like to see how different companies go about their business. What I liked about Best CA movers is that they that truly earned my business, and gave me a fair market price. Fast forward to my move yesterday, and wow, Bob and Ali blew me away! They were on time, communicated well, and moved quickly. I didn’t have a ton to move, but the process went so smooth. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC, and would use them again!
Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. Crew members wore gloves, used floor protection, and stayed focused. Even helped move a heavy old safe. Absolute five-star service. Everything done right.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.
