After years in a large family home, moving to a smaller flat was a bit daunting, but the movers made it much easier. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. The team was great at packing delicate items and made sure the move was stress-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Very impressed with X Van Lines LLC for their efficiency and care in my recent move from Sunnyvale to San Francisco! They are very fast, come equipped with all sorts of package covers, wrapping tape, etc. They are very precise with time too, felt like they always had my best interests in mind. The movers are very polite, they put down some walkway at the new apartment to keep things clean and would remove shoes when stepping on rugs and such. Overall was extremely satisfied with my service! Worth the money.
I'm a disabled veteran and my wife has sever fibromyalgia. We have two kids a dog and cat and we needed to move our 4 bedroom house into a storage unit while we continued our house search after selling our house. We were doing our best to pack up and move as much stuff as we could ourselves, but it was clear we needed help. Especially when it came to the furniture.

First, the guys arrived early & were so professional. They were quick and made sure all of my furniture was wrapped and properly packed. They called ahead of time, made sure everything was set in the correct room and offered help with anything needed before Leaving. I highly recommend using this service, you won’t be disappointed. The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
Z Moving worked fast without cutting corners. Their eco-friendly supplies were a bonus. Everything was reusable or recyclable. I really appreciated that. Top to bottom, it was a clean, GREEN move. Loved it!
Great movers! They responded to our online request quickly to get our appointment scheduled. The day of the move, the crew was professional and efficient. None of our items were damaged in the move. Would recommend!
