They were careful and took their time, and yet, they also didn’t waste any time! Additionally, they were really friendly and upbeat! It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
We had a wonderful experience hiring Michael, Isidro, Emmanuel and Jason to help us move house. They were quick, professional and so nice! Will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you guys!
