The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. What really stood out was their professionalism and kindness from the moment they arrived. The entire team introduced themselves individually and shook my hand, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident we were in great hands. Juan was especially wonderful. He was professional, organized, hardworking, and genuinely kind throughout the entire move. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
great company and a pleasure to be around during a stressful time, they wrapped and moved my furniture and everything with care and did it incredibly fast from a 3rd floor apartment. The price was very affordable for a 60 mile move as well. I can't recommend them enough.
