IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.

Right when we thought we’d be stuck for hours, X Van Lines arrived—BOOM! They sorted the chaos with ease and kept everything moving. Honestly, we were amazed! Five stars all the way.
Upon arrival the movers were on time and friendly. They immediately got to work professionally disassembling and wrapping all of my furniture in wraps and cloth. They literally rolled out a red carpet so that they don't track dirt in and out of the home (pictured). Ultimately I had a great experience in the move! None of my furniture was damaged and was placed in pristine condition in my new home. We finished at the quoted time and came in at the bottom of the quoted range for cost. I spoke with Nikki afterwards and she was able to support me during and after the move with the highest level of customer experience I have experienced with a moving company. A+++ Service, Customer Service, and Costs. Would HIGHLY recommend considering X Van Lines LLC for your next move. I've already shared with my friends and family!

This move was my first with a professional crew, and WOW—I’ll never go back. The guys were courteous, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They asked me where I wanted everything and didn’t leave until I was happy. That level of care is unmatched. Truly five-star service.
We relocated to be closer to public transportation, and the movers made the transition easy. They efficiently packed our apartment and moved everything to our new home near the subway. I was impressed by how they handled the congested streets and bustling neighborhood. They were swift, careful, and unloaded everything without difficulty. Moving into a crowded metropolis has never been easier!

They showed up during the expected arrival time, were friendly and efficient, and treated the furniture with respect. Glenn was also great in helping with scheduling and answering questions. I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.
