The moving cruise came as scheduled. They are very professional and organized, well communicated I definitely will use them again and refer to my friends.
They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything back exactly how where before. They put everything in place and made sure nothing was done wrong. Brandon is definitely an amazing crew leader and he parked the big truck between my boat and tree like a pro!! Kadin and Christian hustled and were on top of everything Brandon needed. I’m VERYYYY OCD and A controlling freak and the crew made me so comfortable and that’s usually impossible to do. The guys are definitely top of the line employees and deserve top pay!!
The guys were not only super efficient, but super friendly. They took great care of our stuff during the move. The price was very reasonable. Fantastic experience! Would definitely use them again!
They were respectful of all the items, even helping prep or fill boxes once the bigger items were done and always smiling and happily keeping a positive attitude with us despite the nearly 100 degree afternoon heat. I couldn’t have asked for better service or movers and I’m so grateful for their willingness to step up & help us out on their day off! Very much appreciated for everyone who helped us make our last minute move possible. By the way - very fair pricing too which is just icing on the cake in a pinch!!
I relocated to be closer to cultural events, and this company made it such a smooth transition. The movers were enthusiastic and even shared local tips on arts and events. They took care of my belongings, including my art collection, with great attention. I was able to settle in quickly and start exploring. They really made this big move feel effortless and exciting. I’m so grateful for their help!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
I sure wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Barnes stepped up and offered his and his company services to a veteran in need. They were courteous, professional and willing to help in any way they could. Thank you to X Van Lines LLC. You are the best of the best. It was not an easy, clean job, but the crew do everything they could to protect the veterans' items and take care of business.
