The service we received was better than I could have ever imagined it would be. We’ve already recommended them to other people. They were the nicest group of guys. They were punctual to both pick up locations. It was amazing to watch them work together as a team. The crew was jolly and truly came across that they were there to help because they wanted to not because they were earning a pay check. Not one thing was lost or broken. When they left it felt like friends were leaving not a crew that was hired. When we move again in about a year we will definitely call X Van Lines LLC and request the same crew.

Real Pros

I can’t recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Rodney and Al were our moving crew and they were incredible. Super courteous, friendly, and just genuinely good guys - exactly the kind of people you want helping you during a stressful move. The team prior to the move was super communicative, transparent about pricing and gave us a great deal for everything they provided. They worked FAST but still treated everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honestly, they made the whole experience smooth and way less stressful than I expected.

Pricing: exactly as quoted,

Not a chance ANYTHING was damaged by them in the move. Moving into the house was a treat. Three boxes come off the truck, they stop and ask where each one goes and deliver it to the right room. Pricing: exactly as quoted, no surprise add-ons or extra charges. I have two more moves to schedule, these guys are on speed dial. If you care about your possessions and hiring a crew you can trust, I highly recommend using this mover.

They contacted us prior to the move. They contacted us giving us an estimated time of arrival. They packed the home in one day. Even though they did it quickly, they wrapped everything very well. And packaged it tightly for a long move for a long move. Our daughter used with X Van Lines LLC and because she had a great experience, we hired them as well. We had the same great experience as she. We would recommend them to anyone.
