A Breeze to Work With
I relocated to be closer to cultural events, and this company made it such a smooth transition. The movers were enthusiastic and even shared local tips on arts and events. They took care of my belongings, including my art collection, with great attention. I was able to settle in quickly and start exploring. They really made this big move feel effortless and exciting. I’m so grateful for their help!

Well-organized and stress-free!!!
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!

This was the best moving company
This was the best moving company I’ve ever hired! My move was efficient, perfectly administered, and handled with care. The gentlemen even wrapped my items like my white dresser, couch, and bed to ensure no damage or scuffing occurs! The disassemble & assemble your items as needed as well. I highly recommend this company!

Careful Packing
Extremely impressed with how the team took care of all my furniture and personal items. The moving estimate was accurate, and everything arrived without a scratch. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a residential move.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

I hired X Van Lines LLC for my move to a downsized new townhouse here in Lexington. Robbie and Alex H. showed up at the scheduled time and went straight to work. They were both incredibly efficient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire move. They handled my belongings with care, and placed/moved things as requested. Their professionalism and friendliness made what can be a stressful event much less stressful. I would definitely hire X Van Lines LLC again based on this experience.

Such a smooth ride from start to finish
When I walked into my new place, everything was exactly where I wanted it. The labeling system made unpacking easier than I ever imagined. The crew double-checked room placements and handled every piece gently. No item was too big or small to matter. They made sure all the delicate stuff was secured properly. It was such a smooth ride from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving day.

Five-star service
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.

I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Luis, Ivan, and Tom did such a good job packing up our apartment. They made sure everything was wrapped securely and packed tightly so nothing would break. They even took some of our larger things we didn’t need anymore to Goodwill for us. Moving is expensive regardless but their rates are very fair. I highly recommend working with them!
