They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.
The movers, however, tackled each piece with determination and a can-do attitude. These movers were lifesavers during a last-minute move.
They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case. They moved a ton of furniture from a 4 bedroom house and everything arrived in one piece. I would highly recommend, and will hire them again!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
Dmitrii, Viktor and Andrew did a great job moving all of our furniture and packed boxes! They were very careful with wrapping our furniture and packing everything in the truck efficiently. We used X Van Lines LLC last time and will do so again next time.

What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision. My furniture was wrapped carefully, preventing any damage. Even my fragile belongings made it to the new home without a scratch. They managed to finish the job quicker than I had expected. I did a long distance from New York City to Fort Lauderdale. The movers in NY were fast and professional. The driver Luis was punctual and check in with me about all items. Once I received notice my items were in Florida, Hugo Reyes and Orlando moved my items into my new place seamlessly. They were fast, careful and very friendly. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anymore moving short or long distance
