I’ve used the X Van Lines LLC twice & they were FANTASTIC! The customer service, professionalism, care of your possessions & home, communication, above & beyond, and good humor & care on moving day - all are exceptional. Both times, an A+ experience, and pricing is more than fair. My move had lots of moving parts & locations (local and out of town) - X Van Lines LLC were more than accommodating & everything was done to plan. . I cannot say enough about them, their crew, & the topnotch job they do.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
When I walked into my new place, everything was exactly where I wanted it. The labeling system made unpacking easier than I ever imagined. The crew double-checked room placements and handled every piece gently. No item was too big or small to matter. They made sure all the delicate stuff was secured properly. It was such a smooth ride from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving day.
The movers were friendly, fast, and efficient. They packed everything securely and even took time to protect our most valuable items. A smooth transition to the new place.
All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Movers packed up our entire kitchen faster than I pack a suitcase. Glass, dishes, spices, everything was wrapped and labeled better than I ever could’ve done. Unpacking was actually easy. That kind of efficiency is worth every dollar.
