They packed us up the day before the move which made everything smooth and easy. The whole team was very nice and professional. I could not recommend them more!
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
The movers showed up with CONFIDENCE and a plan! They coordinated like a team that had worked together for years. My boxes were handled carefully, stacked neatly, and delivered safely. X Van Lines really took the stress off my shoulders. By the time it was over, I realized how smooth everything had gone. AMAZING work from start to finish!

Recently had a long distance move to Tennessee and cant recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Worked with Tyler for planning and he was super responsive and helped us all throughout the move. Kevin helped load, drive and unload and was amazing to work with. We had gotten quotes from just about every big moving company in the area and X Van Lines LLC was the best to work with.
they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
My cross-borough move was exceptionally smooth! Josh the foreman and the other mover were great - they were quick, adaptable, careful, and kept all the items in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a simpler move. X Van Lines LLC was also very flexible regarding dates and times, which I appreciated.
The experience was incredible from start to finish. The movers arrived on time and with a positive attitude, which immediately set the tone. They packed my belongings with such care, especially my fragile items. Even my heaviest furniture was handled with ease. Movers were fast, efficient, and surprisingly strong! They navigated the tricky staircases like pros. I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process went. The whole crew deserves a big thank you for their professionalism.
WOW!! What an amazing job from X Van Lines LLC! Working with them from start to finish was nothing short of incredible customer service, accommodation and professionalism. Melissa was great to work with planning our move and Sean and Dimitri were fantastic! They made very short and quick work of what seemed like a very big job to my wife and I. We were very happy and thankful. We would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone needing help with their move and will certainly use them again if needed in the future.
