When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. They packed up with incredible care--even finding and returning a pair of earrings I had misplaced--and were both thorough and so speedy! I was particularly impressed by the level of communication and customer service throughout the process. I had multiple points of contact checking in with me and sharing schedule updates (even though they were always exactly on time). I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They showed real respect for our home. No damage, no mess, just thoughtful steps. It made a big difference.
Let me tell y’all something. These guys? AWESOME! If I’m in the area I will use them again. Extremely fair pricing, great speed, they made it look easy! They were on time, kept good documentation, made sure the TV survived the trip. Fantastic experience.
They were very friendly and efficient! Helped break down the bed & took legs off couches to keep (most) walls safe & untouched! Our apartment was super funky so the fact that they were able to move everything as well as they did was sooo helpful! We are two full time working girls with 4 pets so their help was priceless! 10/10 recommend! Pricing was fantastic compared to other companies we spoke with! Movers themselves were kind & accommodating!
They were friendly, fast, efficient and professional. We highly recommend Two Men and A Truck! We used them 11 years ago and used them again because of our past great experience. They did not disappoint and went far and above this time too!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Moving across town was a breeze thanks to this great moving service. The crew was punctual, and they made sure all my furniture was properly wrapped and protected. A smooth, hassle-free experience.
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!
