Even in the summer heat and with a few tricky staircases to navigate, the team stayed upbeat and energetic. They truly went above and beyond — even helping us reassemble furniture in our new place and making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. They arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. From the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapping and loading everything efficiently and securely. What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! Definitely recommend and use again! Thank you!

It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!
