The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
I’ve worked with movers before, but never like this. They handled my fragile antiques and large furniture with precision. They moved quickly without rushing anything. The truck was packed so efficiently, not even a rattle on the road. No issues with timing or setup. This company knows what they’re doing.

X Van Lines LLC was amazing! I reached out just a week before my move to get a quote, and even with short notice, they were so flexible and worked me into their schedule. My move ended up taking longer than expected, but the team worked so hard, wrapped everything perfectly, and made sure every piece was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. They were kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed or like the job was too much. I didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of — just genuinely cared for. This was my second time using X Van Lines LLC and I couldn't have been more pleased. Kurtis, Courtney, Demetrius, and Coco were all exceptional. They showed up during the expected arrival time, were friendly and efficient, and treated the furniture with respect. Glenn was also great in helping with scheduling and answering questions. I will definitely use X Van Lines LLC again and recommend it to anyone looking for a moving company.

• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
The movers were friendly, fast, and efficient. They packed everything securely and even took time to protect our most valuable items. A smooth transition to the new place.
All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! It was a great experience working with X Van Lines LLC. The firm is very professional, provides detailed estimate prior to the move and kept me updated in the process. No hidden cost. The three movers led by Oleg arrived on time, very propositional and paid attention to details. They carefully wrapped everything, didn’t damage anything (including the moved items and anything in my from and to houses). I’m very grateful for their great job and will definitely refer the firm to my family and friends.
