I had several valuables I was nervous about, but the movers walked me through how each would be handled. Their transparency reassured me. Everything arrived without a mark. Their packing skills were impressive. And they took zero shortcuts. My belongings felt safe the entire time.
We had a great move. Guys showed app on time communicated when they be here very pleasant. Clean and neat movers. no damage cleaned out the pod's For us and helped move items that had been placed in the house that we found In We are planning a move in a year to our new home. Being built will definitely call them for help. convenient. And decided to move to a different spot.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.

I’ve worked with moving companies before, but X Van Lines was DIFFERENT. They treated my belongings like their own, and it showed. Not a single item was tossed around or stacked carelessly. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. They were fantastic. They got everything loaded up that I had asked for initially plus some, and everything unloaded and my desks that had to be taken apart put back together in ~4 hours. It was so worth not dealing with the hassle of finding a truck and then lifting all of the heavy stuff ourselves. Plus they were so careful with the expensive pieces and everything made it though the move without being damaged.

The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
Definitely a sweat and worry free move for us. Price are reasonable too. Company like them is a blessing because moving is one of my biggest worry but thank God we are avail to find X Van Lines LLC. Thank you!
