crew did a great job helping our 1b/1ba move! Even though there was only 1 elevator working in our high rise they worked quickly and patiently to ensure our move out/in was successful. Will definitely use again!
The team was exceptionally organized and moved with military-like precision. Every item was padded, packed, and placed with absolute care. They treated my antique dresser like a museum piece. I was BLOWN AWAY by their professionalism! Truly a seamless relocation. I’ve already recommended them to two friends!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!

Even with my last minute add on services that were offered and provided. I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
Anthony answered all of my questions and provided excellent administrative and logistic support, while Matt and his team did a fantastic job moving all of my belongings into storage. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, hard-working and efficient. I highly recommend their services!
X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
