crew were amazing! They are true moving professionals. They got to work as soon as they arrived, packaging and wrapping everything carefully and efficiently. This is our firs time hiring movers, but if we ever need to move again, we will look no further than X Van Lines LLC. Service was five starts and the price was fair. of scheduling. One thing I'd suggest, is that if you have multiple stops in your move, review the order of stops with the moving crew the day of the move. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order of our stops.
crew were EXCELLENT!! Great communication. Mike loaded up the items from my storage unit in Florida and brought them to me in NC! He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
The movers helped us move into a rural home with no street access. They used a smaller vehicle to shuttle items to the house, navigating the narrow dirt roads easily. They made a potentially difficult situation stress-free and efficient.

Their coordination was impressive—no missteps at all. I appreciated the steady pace and calm energy. They were done faster than expected. I’ll be recommending them to friends.
They moved everything super quickly and made sure it was all protected and came in undamaged. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged prior to their arrival. Safe to say they made our move as seamless as possible and left everything in a better condition than what it was originally. This is my second move with X Van Lines LLC and will use them for the next one as well!
I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
Moving across town was a breeze thanks to this great moving service. The crew was punctual, and they made sure all my furniture was properly wrapped and protected. A smooth, hassle-free experience.
Very communicative and flexible, Tad was very easy to work with in the lead up to the move. On the day, Ivan and the other guy were great, they did a thorough job of wrapping up my large items and protecting them, and then pulled some Tetris magic getting everything to fit into my storage unit. Very grateful to the team at X Van Lines LLC. Third time using them and certainly not the last!
