We had a home with lots of over sized windows, and the movers took extra precautions to avoid scratching or breaking them while moving large furniture. They wrapped and moved everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. Very professional team!
Joao, Cesar, and Gabriel did so well helping move ALL of my stuff from my place in Rockville to Columbia. They were so quick, and polite! They had great energy the whole time even though it was a long process. Reliability goes a long way and I will definitely be calling them again in the future. They even set up my furniture and helped me figure out what pieces looked good/ made the most sense in the space and where. Please use them as your moving services!!

Very communicative and very professional. Make sure to read everything. I did not and had to opt into having them pack my TVs. Not bad price. $50 each TV and they are liable for them. Reasonably priced as well.
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
Our move went smoothly, with all agreements being observed. I would like to note the wonderful team of movers who packed and loaded our furniture and boxes very carefully and quickly. Special thanks to Milos, he is a wonderful driver and mover, very polite and hardworking. We really appreciate his hard and noble work, as well as the coordinated work of the entire X Van Lines LLC team! We are very happy that we chose this company and will be happy to recommend it to all our friends!

Even the fragile items were packed with care and arrived without a single chip. Their timing was spot-on, too. What impressed me most was how much they respected my time. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
