They packed up with incredible care--even finding and returning a pair of earrings I had misplaced--and were both thorough and so speedy! I was particularly impressed by the level of communication and customer service throughout the process. I had multiple points of contact checking in with me and sharing schedule updates (even though they were always exactly on time). I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Phenomenal Service! I moved from Dallas to Denton. Ethan and Raymond were AMAZING! They were quick, efficient, and most importantly courteous of all of my belongings. All of my furniture and items were delivered in the same condition that they were picked up in. Ethan and Ray made sure to carefully wrap all of my furniture and breakable items to ensure all items were well taken care of during the move. Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
