They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!

The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!
The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
Managing a large move was daunting, but X Van Lines made it feel effortless. Their team mapped out a clear plan from the start. Delicate antiques were given special care without being reminded. Heavy lifting was done safely and quickly. They kept me updated without me needing to chase them. It all ran smoother than I hoped!
They provided excellent communication coordinating their arrival, quickly assessed the complicated downtown on-street parking logistics and determined the best spot for ease of loading that minimized town disruption. I was astounded by how efficiently and carefully they protected and loaded the furniture, taking care to protect the floor and doorways. They wrapped everything to ensure there was no damage during transport. Noah and Robert were just as energetic to unload the furniture on the other end of the trip, asking about where we wanted each piece. They cleaned up all of the packing materials and we were very satisfied with their quality of work, would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC Thanks guys!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
From booking to moving day, the experience was hassle-free. The movers were well-trained and very careful with packing and loading the truck. Even the toughest items were moved without any issues. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a move.
